The Spanish studio <\/span>sets foot in the <\/span>Nordics<\/span> with a pioneering alliance with the prestigious Icelandic production <\/span>powerhouse<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Secuoya Studios<\/span><\/b> and the Icelandic production company <\/span>Act4<\/span><\/b> have signed a first look deal for the development and co-production of premium series.\u00a0 This pact marks the beginning of the relation between the Spanish and Icelandic audiovisual companies focused on fiction content, thus consolidating a new avenue for international cooperation within the sector.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This agreement is part of Secuoya Studios' ambitious internationalization strategy, which aims for 30% of its catalogue to be produced in languages other than Spanish by 2027. The collaboration with Act4 is in line with this vision, bringing a partner with solid experience in multilingual productions, a deep knowledge of the Nordic market and a proven track record in the development of innovative and high-quality projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Iceland has established itself as a highly attractive environment for international co-productions, thanks to tax incentives of up to 35% of production costs, a strong reputation as a creative hub and an extraordinary diversity of natural locations. Act4\u2018s in-depth knowledge of these resources - particularly in terms of financial structures, regulatory frameworks and international collaboration dynamics - is a natural fit with Secuoya Studios\u2019 production philosophy and operational approach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
