Secuoya Studios<\/strong>\u00a0and the international distributor Mediawan Rights<\/strong>\u00a0have appeared at MIPCOM<\/strong> to present \u2018Zorro\u2019,<\/strong>\u00a0the studio\u2019s big premium IP in Spanish-language content, currently being shot in Gran Canaria. Sergio Pizzolante,<\/strong>\u00a0president of Secuoya Studios\u2019 Commercial & Distribution division and co-executive producer of the super production,\u00a0Javier Quintas,<\/strong>\u00a0its director, actresses Renata Notni<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Dalia Xiuhcoatl,<\/strong>\u00a0together with\u00a0Val\u00e9rie Vleeschhouwer<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Charles Touboul,<\/strong>\u00a0Managing Director and VP Content Manager at Mediawan Rights, respectively, were tasked with offering the first glimpses of this updated version of the famous masked hero at a breakfast attended by around thirty different accredited international media professionals to celebrate the event\u2019s 38th edition in Cannes (France).<\/p>\n

Actor\u00a0Miguel Bernardeau<\/strong>, the star of the series created by\u00a0Carlos Portela\u00a0<\/strong>and with\u00a0David Mart\u00ednez, David Cotarelo<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0\u00c1ngela Agudo<\/strong>\u00a0in executive production, wanted to be present in a video in which he could offer his first impressions about the series and his character, modern culture\u2019s first superhero, adapted by Secuoya Studios to today\u2019s generations.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Hotel Le Gray D\u2019Albion<\/strong>\u00a0was the setting chosen to host the presentation of this international project, which revamps an essential character in the collective imagination, <\/strong>one loved by countless fans of adventure and superhero stories, and the greatest Latin American hero of all time.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2018Zorro\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0is a contemporary epic, whose plotlines, characters, narrative, aesthetics, graphic image and costumes fuse the essence of the legendary hero with a contemporary yearning for diversity, change and freedom.<\/p>\n

\u2018Zorro\u2019 is an adventure comic translated into cinematic language, <\/strong>a ten-part series <\/strong>created for readers and viewers who have seen earlier film and television versions, but also for a new generation of fans.<\/p>\n
