However, due to the volume of material we develop internally and with our partners, we are unable to accept or review unsolicited submissions, including scripts, treatments, pitches, ideas, or other creative materials, regardless of the means or channel through which they are submitted.

Any unsolicited materials sent to Secuoya Studios will not be reviewed, are not treated as confidential, will not be returned, and may be deleted or destroyed unread. The submission of any unsolicited materials shall not create any contractual, pre-contractual, fiduciary or confidential relationship of any kind.

Secuoya Studios independently develops and acquires creative content. Any resemblance between unsolicited materials and any existing or future projects of Secuoya Studios is coincidental, and no rights, compensation, or obligations of any kind shall arise from the submission of unsolicited materials.
