Synopsis

Five young student teachers, full of energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge, are about to embark on their first professional experience in a completely different environment from what they are used to: rural schools located in various autonomous communities across the country.

A tribute to rural schools, their teachers, principals, and students—an education that is close-knit, with teaching methods adapted to the environment, circumstances, and students, and in constant contact with nature. Generation Teachers captures the values of rural communities, with a pace and philosophy of life and social relationships that are very different from those of urban centers.
