This first-look agreement will boost creation of original content powered by Chris Moukarbel's unique creative vision
Secuoya Studios continues to expand its international network with a creative alliance with American filmmaker Chris Moukarbel, known for groundbreaking documentaries that explore digital culture, contemporary celebrity and new forms of storytelling. The agreement includes a first-look deal for the joint development of original projects for global streaming platforms and international broadcasters.
This partneship is part of Secuoya Studios' broader strategy to strengthen its global presence through collaborations with leading creative talent.

Moukarbel has built a distinctive career capturing the cultural pulse of our time. His films, distributed worldwide, combine artistic vision, social sensitivity, and a unique authorial voice that blurs the line between the public and the intimate. Works such as ‘Gaga: Five Foot Two’, ‘Me @ the Zoo’, ‘Wig’, and ‘Cypher’, winner of Best Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival, have cemented his reputation as one of the most original voices in contemporary documentary filmmaking.
