Secuoya Studios, a leading company in content creation, production, postproduction, and distribution, will be present at the upcoming edition of Series Mania, one of the most important events in the international television industry, taking place from March 21 to 28 in Lille, France. The company has confirmed its participation in two key activities at the French market, further consolidating its strategic position in the global market. Additionally, Secuoya Studios will have an exclusive space within the Grand Palais for meetings with industry partners, where its production catalog will be available for discovery.

Creating Original IP: A Sustainable Model for Producers

One of the key moments for Secuoya Studios at Series Mania will be its participation on Tuesday, March 25, in the roundtable titled "Creating Original IP: A Sustainable Model for Producers." This session will feature Brendan Fitzgerald, CEO of Secuoya Studios, alongside industry experts such as Emmanuelle Bouilhaguet, producer at Top-The Originals Productions (France); Emilie Blezat, CEO of Dark Rivera (Sweden); Ronald Mühlfellner, executive producer at Bavaria Fiction (Germany); and Nick Lee, commercial director of Scripted at BBC Studios (UK). They will discuss best practices and the main challenges producers face when creating original intellectual property. The session will be moderated by Stéphanie Bro, president of L'Agence Inédite.

'The Lottery Ticket' at the Co-Pro Pitching Sessions

Secuoya Studios will also be present at the Co-Pro Pitching Sessions at Series Mania 2025 with the series The Lottery Ticket, an ambitious six-episode dramedy (50'), written by Carlos Vila (Los misterios de Laura and Detective Touré). The presentation will take place on Tuesday, March 25, and will be led by María García Castrillón, Head of Co-Productions at Secuoya Studios.

The Lottery Ticket is the only Ibero-American project selected for the 2025 Co-Pro Pitching Sessions, alongside 14 other finalist projects chosen from more than 400 proposals from 72 different countries.

The plot of The Lottery Ticket follows Julia, who has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She decides to celebrate her 50th birthday by gathering a select group of people from her past and present. The "surprise" comes when a winning lottery ticket is introduced, triggering an emotional battle that brings unresolved wounds and past secrets to light, ultimately changing the fate of everyone involved.

Exclusive Space for Strategic Opportunities

Secuoya Studios's presence at Series Mania will not be limited to conferences and project presentations. The company will have an exclusive space on the third floor of the Grand Palais, designed for meetings with industry partners, where attendees can explore our production catalog.

Secuoya Studios Strengthens Its Presence in International Markets

With its participation in Series Mania, Secuoya Studios continues to expand its presence in international markets, following its involvement in Content Americas and the Berlinale Series Market. This strong commitment to key international markets reinforces its goal of expanding its global network and consolidating its position as a key player in the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality content.
