The new edition will take place from September 30 to October 3 at Matadero Madrid
Secuoya Studios continues to reinforce its strong commitment to talent and the growth of the audiovisual sector with its presence at Iberseries & Platino Industria 2025, which this year celebrates its fifth edition from September 30 to October 3, 2025, at Matadero in Madrid.
The studio’s participation in the market, for the fifth year in a row, reaffirms Secuoya Studios' dedication to promoting Ibero-American talent and the internationalization of content—supporting its goal of producing 30% of its projects in languages other than Spanish.
This key industry event adds to the studio’s growing presence at other major markets such as Berlinale, Series Mania, Seriencamp, Rio2C and Monte-Carlo Television Festival, which was held this past June in the exclusive city.
Secuoya Studios at Iberseries & Platino Industria
Secuoya Studios’ journey through this Ibero-American market has become a fixture on its calendar. Since its launch in 2020, the studio’s professionals have participated in various formats: conferences, project presentations, talks, roundtables, workshops, pitch sessions, and Spotlights—such as the one held during the last edition, where Brendan Fitzgerald, CEO of the studio, announced its international pod strategy.
These events have provided participants with opportunities to deepen their industry knowledge, foster collaboration among professionals, and gain insights into the past, present, and future of Secuoya Studios.
Executives such as James Costos, Eduardo Campoy, Sergio Pizzolante, Eduardo Galdo, José Manuel González Pacheco and David Martínez are among those from Secuoya Studios who have taken part in Iberseries & Platino Industria since its inception. For the upcoming edition, Brendan Fitzgerald is the first confirmed studio representative to join the market panels.
After bringing together more than 1,000 companies and 2,600 professionals from 50 countries during its last edition, Iberseries & Platino Industria—considered the most important Ibero-American audiovisual market, driven by Fundación Secuoya and EGEDA—will once again make the Spanish capital a key meeting point for those looking to boost the global industry.
